Real Madrid have reportedly ignored club legend Modric’s request for a contract renewal, meaning the upcoming match against Real Sociedad at the Bernabeu could be his final appearance in front of the home crowd. According to Miguel Angel Diaz, speaking on COPE's El Partidazo, Modric will not continue at the club beyond the Club World Cup, with his current deal set to expire on June 30.
